The FTSE 250 simply dipped into bear market territory – UKValueInvestor

For apparent causes, markets had been risky this week and plenty of UK shares noticed their share value completely crater.

To be frank, it was fairly stunning.

The FTSE 100 held up nicely and was solely down about 9% from its latest excessive, largely due to its giant publicity to defence, mining, utilities and worldwide shares.

The extra UK-focused FTSE 250 didn’t fare so nicely and formally entered bear market territory this week, having fallen barely greater than 20% from its latest all-time excessive.
