The Senate Well being Schooling, Labor and Pensions Committee voted 11-10 on Tuesday to advance Julie Su’s nomination as labor secretary to the Senate flooring.
Sen. Invoice Cassidy, R-La., rating member of the committee, mentioned he together with all Republican committee members voted to oppose Su’s renomination throughout a closed-door vote.
